Luckily, when you bring your hearing aids into our office for repair we can typically fix them in-house and give you a speedy turn-around. Rarely, we’ll need to send hearing aids back to the manufacturer for repair and will usually receive them back within a week. For these situations, loaner hearing aids are typically available.

- Inspect and diagnose the problem and using state-of-the-art tools, or;
- Send your hearing aid to the manufacturer for repair
