“I appreciated that right from the start that the office staff spoke a little louder than people ordinarily do and made eye contact while doing so. It was a breath of fresh air to not have to 'work ' at hearing while I was in the office. I found Julie to be very knowledgeable, respectful, and a true professional. I especially appreciated the way she kept the focus on our interaction while I was in the office, by asking her staff member to discuss another patient's care with her later rather than interrupt our conversation. She took the time to answer all of my questions, even when they were just sparked by curiosity and not by the 'goal' of getting fit for hearing aids.
